POWERED UP – LIGHTS ON! 

Clients’ needs often go beyond the electrical installation and laying the cable paths for machines and plants. Based on plans made in advance, we also construct and install control cabinets or upgrade the existing control cabinets with new controls (e.g. from S5 to S7) and get these up and running. We carry out the inspections required in order to operate pre-installed systems (e.g. BGVA3) and ensure the appropriate measurement reports are prepared. 

We get machine tools up and running (840D) and use STEP7 and WinCC to programme the PLC and HMI technology for entire plants. 

We also put the automation technology and robotics into operation at plants. That means checking the safety systems and the necessary processes and motion sequences, as well as setting up and re-adjusting the transfer interfaces. 

We round off our comprehensive service portfolio with our specialist know-how in the field of electrical engineering – beginning in the initial planning stages and continuing through to the final handover, at which time the machine or plant is ready and equipped for operation.
