Our work with new machinery and plants involves assembling mechanical modules, components, complete machines and automated production lines according to the parts lists and drawings provided by the manufacturer.

Of course, we ensure that the manufacturer’s requirements for design and quality are reliably implemented throughout these processes. Alongside the purely mechanical aspects of our work, we also install the fluid and media technology internal to the machinery and plants (hydraulics, pneumatics and cooling systems). 

We set up the machine tools, establish the machine geometry, teach the axes, install and adjust the processing equipment, and check the machine functions.

As far as automated lines are concerned, we teach the axes, adjust and optimise the limit switches and carry out the performance check for the overall process. 

Our specialist know-how in mechanical engineering makes us ideally equipped to dismantle the most varied range of installations and re-assemble them once they have been relocated to the new site.
